Cajun & Citrus Shrimp

You’re sitting outside after work, enjoying the balmy, late-July sunshine. In one hand is a cool glass of Sauvignon blanc. In the distance, you hear neighbors laughing and kids playing. The grill is fired up and dinner is almost ready. But what’s cooking?

This quick and easy Cajun & citrus shrimp dish, of course!

I love the flavors in this recipe. It’s easy and perfect for busy weeknights. And did I mention it’s under 500 calories?

Here’s how to make it!

  • Thaw pre-cooked shrimp in cool water
  • Lightly toss shrimp in olive oil
  • Sprinkle them with Cajun seasoning
  • Grill a few minutes each side (being careful not to overcook)

Serve with a side of rice, grilled pineapple, lightly buttered broccoli, and a tablespoon of orange marmalade. Trust me, the combo is incredible!

Now, what are you grillin’ tonight?
